Will I see a difference in a week?

Unlikely. Give it four weeks of three to five sessions. If nothing about the look of your skin has shifted, it is not your ritual.

Does it treat acne, rosacea or sun damage?

No. It is a cosmetic device for appearance. Sun damage is a medical and a sunscreen question. Wear the sunscreen.

Can two people share a mask?

We would rather you did not. That is what The Pair is for.

Is the hydrogel required?

No. The mask works on clean skin. The hydrogel makes the session cooler and adds slip. The serum is the part we would not skip.

How do I clean it?

Damp cloth, mild soap if you need it, dry it before you put it away. No alcohol on the silicone.
