Shipping and returns

Prices on this shop are in euro, tax included.

We currently ship to countries in the European Union. Australia is not a shipping destination yet, and checkout cannot be shown in Australian dollars. If you are ordering from Australia, do not place an order until that changes. You would be paying in euro, to a French shop, and the parcel would not be set up to arrive.

Inside the EU, orders are sent from our studio. If a parcel does not arrive, write to contact.velori@gmail.com with the order number.

You can return an unused device within 30 days of delivery. Hydrogel masks, once the pack is opened, cannot be returned. Write first so we can send the address.
